About us
We are a labor union for employees working in Japan's conveyor belt sushi industry, such as Sushiro and Hama Sushi. Part-time workers are also welcome to join. We also have foreign members.
We aim to raise wages and create a working environment where foreigners can work with dignity.

Results and requirements
RESULTS
Wage increase At the Sushiro Yaechika store in Tokyo, hourly wages have been raised from 1,200 yen to 1,400 yen.
Mustache allowed In consideration of religious beliefs, the ban on beards was abolished.
Addition of air conditioning The Yaechika store has added air conditioning that will continue to operate even after closing time.

Multilingual manuals and recipes Manuals and recipes are available in languages other than Japanese.
Free provision of trousers and shoes All work-related expenses are paid for by the company.

How to join?
Eligibility for membership : Sushi restaurant workers across Japan
Necessary expenses : Joining fee is 1,000 yen plus monthly membership fee (600 yen per month for international students)
